👋 I'm Mariano, a cybersecurity leader with 15+ years of experience from top-tier companies who helps businesses grow securely and resiliently.

From Hands-On Cybersecurity to Leadership

My career began with hands-on offensive and defensive roles at firms like Deloitte and Bunge. I then went on to build and lead security teams at different large-scale organizations. As a CISO / Head of Security at prominent startups, I created programs from the ground up to enable rapid growth and business resilience. At Google, I built a regional hub for a global Cloud Security Engineering team, establishing a talent pipeline and processes that protected millions of users and enabled the secure launch of new products.
